Basically I don't see much of a difference between regular classes and online learning. I look at online learning as new way of the 21st century NPTEL courses are enhancing learning thru technology. The Discussion forum has been a great help as most questions that I had already been discussed there.

I started with this course, Organizational Development and Change in the 21st Century, with the thought process of learning new concepts and things, and my experience was wonderful. It has given me a lot of learning and new aspects of the course. I am really thankful to Professor Ashish Pandey, IIT Bombay, and NPTEL for this learning platform. Elated for being the topper of the course.
